- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) INSPECTION-Meet with the homeowner onsite and review all damaged areas before I access the roof. After documenting the roof I send the homeowner an estimate to their phone to review before I get off the roof. (I take arial photos of their entire roof & damaged areas marked out to provide to them with final report right to their phone in minutes!) 2) SCHEDULE-After we schedule & the day approaches I follow up with the homeowner about the upcoming roof work to be done 3) PERFORM ROOF WORK-Upon arrival I notify the homeowner of and my ETA & set up my ladder,tools & equipment After the work is completed I finalize the report and send the homeowner an invoice with all documented photos & discriptions of the line items “Scope Of Work”. (The homeowner has the oppurtunity to pay via PayPal with Credit or Debit card)
