Running a boxing gym is a constant battle against technology breakdowns and I am not computer savvy. Membership kiosks, music systems, smart devices, and staff desks... keeping everything running is a full-time job by itself. Our scheduling system went down, we called the Lighthouse computer people and they got it squared away. Not only was the service prompt and professional, but the tech also took the time to explain everything in a way even a gym rat like me could understand.

Working in audio production, a healthy computer is mission critical. When our editing suite froze and crashed mid-session, we thought we were about to lose A LOT of work. Thankfully Lighthouse Systems came out quickly to see what was going on. The tech diagnosed the problem quickly (faulty pins on a cable) and was able to recover almost ALL of the audio we mixed that day. The expertise and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation a breeze. We can't recommend LSS enough if you have something on the fritz.
