My services will begin with an in home inspection and evaluation of your project. I will then put together an honest estimate for the completion of the project and submit it to you for approval. Most often I do not require advances and only collect once your project is finished to your satisfaction.
To do lists are generally handled on an hourly basis because an array of projects are hard to estimate in the way of time. In which case I charge an hourly rate of $70 an hour with a $150 minimum. To get the most possible value for your time and money I recommend having a few things lined up for completion.
