- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring over a decade of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, starting with Jennifer’s role as Head Housekeeper at the London Bridge Resort in 2011. During her time there, she mastered high standards of cleanliness, time management, and organizational skills. She also received on-the-job training in managing teams, coordinating turnovers, and maintaining guest-ready spaces. Additionally, Jennifer trained extensively with a residential cleaning professional, learning the finer details of home cleaning, from deep cleans to staging homes for Airbnb guests. Our business also benefits from ongoing learning through real-world experience, as well as our dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest cleaning techniques, products, and tools. With this strong foundation and attention to detail, we’ve built a reputation for providing top-notch cleaning services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Jennifer began her career in 2011 at the London Bridge Resort, where she quickly rose to Head Housekeeper. Known for her speed, attention to detail, and work ethic, she gained invaluable experience managing high standards of cleanliness. While excelling at the resort, Jennifer also worked part-time cleaning homes with a friend who taught her the ins and outs of residential cleaning. When Airbnb properties started appearing in Lake Havasu, Jennifer discovered her passion for setting up homes to be guest-ready. She loved creating welcoming spaces, complete with thoughtful details like gift baskets. As demand grew, she realized she could earn more in less time by focusing on vacation rentals. Seeing the potential, her husband—who has a natural knack for cleaning and organization—joined her, and together they became a powerhouse team. With years of experience and a shared love for what they do, they decided to take the leap and officially start His and Hers Quality Cleaning LLC. Now, they specialize in vacation rentals, taking pride in providing exceptional service and ensuring every home is spotless, presentable, and ready to wow guests.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My husband and I recently cleaned a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom Airbnb property with a total of 17 beds. This property includes two casitas—one with a mini kitchen—and a main house with a movie room. For a turnover cleaning, we completed the job in about 6 hours, ensuring the entire property was spotless and guest-ready. We also took home the laundry to manage offsite for a faster turnaround. When it’s not a turnover clean, we spend additional time focusing on details to ensure every corner is meticulously cleaned, reflecting our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
