I was pleased with the job however the job consisted of repositioning hinges on the door so it would close properly. I also needed the casing installed. The repair person did not have the necessary tools to install the casing.
In addition, I was originally quoted $300 to adjust the door hinges, final price was $400 for less than 1 hours work. That seems like a pretty high charge since there was no material needed for this job.
I do not mind paying a fair price for work done, I don’t like being overcharged and if this is typical of Thumbtack subs I’m not sure I’ll call on them again.

Charles was great to work with! He was in my home for 3 full days and was on time every day and responsive with our requests. He completed 3 closet remodels (shelving, rods, etc.) he provided me with quotes before starting and sent me invoices almost immediately which is very helpful. He was also clean and respectful of my home. He cleaned up any mess he made and was careful to be quiet when my 1 year old napped. Big plus!!
I can tell that he takes pride in his work and delivers a quality product. It was such a relief to find someone reliable and who did quality work! We will definitely call Charles again in the future.
