Terri F. It deeply sadens me to know that your experience was far from the standard that we hold at RSF. every situation is unique and no 2 projects are ever the same. However this review is not totally truthful, and also leaves out a lot of relevent information, and could potentially tarnish a reputation I have worked hard to build and jeopardize my means of providing for my family! First things first, she was not happy with the job and that is not ok. I explained that I would come back and do whatever it took to make sure she was happy with the final product, but was not available until the following week (12 days). 5 days later at 9pm I get a text explaining that she needs to reschedule. I responded approximately 10:30 a.m. the following day tell her that I will get back to her with my schedule availability. by that time she had already wrote this review because she "thought I was ghosting her". I offered a refund and wished her the best. here some things to consider when looking at this review. -the design, scope of work, as well as material changed twice during the project which caused some delay. -she is currently in dispute with 1 general contractor, a cabinet contractor, a flooring contractor, and a window company. and that's just the ones that I know about.
