FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our repair and replacement pricing is pre-printed on our Pricing Guides. Unlike some other companies, we don't makeup pricing depending on how much we think we can charge. We offer a discount on repairs for those customers who are members of our maintenance plan. On occasion, depending on the difficulty of install, schedule availability and other factors there can be discounts given for replacements. The bottom line is you will know in advance how much something is going to cost prior to any work being performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we believe in taking the time to fully understand the customer’s current system, any problems or issues, as well as walking the customer through our recommendations. Take comfort in knowing, you can book an appointment during a timeframe that best fits your busy schedule.
