- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the complexity of the work and time it takes to complete. Our hourly rate ranges between $125 and $175. We offer a one time 30 minute complimentary consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a thorough needs analysis by spending time listening to identify needs and goals. We then review websites, social media, and marketing initiatives, as well as current results. After a thorough needs analysis we make recommendations based on the customer's needs, goals, and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over twenty years of working with broadcast, for-profit, non-profit, and government entities. The owner, Dr. Victoria Isaac, teaches marketing at a university level. The Elevate team marketing experts have certificates in their individual areas of expertise, including website design, social media marketing, public relations, and data analysis.
