I had such a great experience with Lucy. I reached out because my 10 year old water softener stopped working. She came to give me a free estimate and then laid out the options I had to repair or replace. I ended up just buying a whole new system :) it came with a subscription for 5 years worth of organic soap concentrates (for laundry, dishes, etc) and I even got to pick my custom scent which I thought was super cool. The install was quick and done well.
