We needed a professional cleaning for our rental house. The cleaning crew was great. Everyone worked hard to get the cleaning done. Even though I added more areas to be cleaned, they had no problems and I got everything done. I will use again if needed. Thanks

I specifically asked that they clean the baseboards. Pictures attached were after he left. He told us that they needed repainted. However that doesn’t explain the dirt left in corners. We were able to clean these up. He wanted his payment immediately before I could get there to inspect. Will never higher this guy again. His high reviews have to be from family members

We had Larry's out 2 more times and unfortunately this past Monday was horrible! I had a couple of "things" I was going to mention that I noticed they missed after their last time here. I didn't mention and decided to see how it "went". HORRIBLE! I knee there was sugar in our counter in the kitchen. Our counter is a beige rock tile. That sugar was still there after they "cleaned" it house. One toilet was not even cleaned! Larry offered to come right back away to clean the ring he noticed didn't get cleaned!! After I noticed more issues so I said no. After finding MORE issues I reached out to Larry again. He asked what would make us happy? I said either a refund or re-clean the entire house. He said they could re-clean but not for 2 weeks. I sent Larry a text last night with pictures stating I need the house to be re-cleaned within a week otherwise let's just forget it. He read my text however I have yet to hear back from him. Very disappointing and we feel "ripped off" at this point. 😕

I just want to be honest about my experience in hope that Larry will see this as a growth opportunity. Sometime when we’ve been in business for many years we’re more focused on reputation that customer care. When I sent the photos below to Larry and asking him if it was a rush job, because he cleaning my mothers house faster than any other cleaning service I’d ever seen he said he did rush. But missed floor spots a tub that had been cleaned properly and water stains on the sink all signs that a rush job took place. He asked what I would like him to do I asked him what he was comfortable with doing and his response was “ nothing I believe we did a good job” I asked how he would feel if he paid more than he was quoted and came home to what I saw he then stated my mothers home was “the worst house he’s ever seen.” At that point I knew that he would never return and I wasn’t comfortable with him doing so. He’s more focused on his “5 star status “ on thumbtack (which he repeatedly mentioned to drive the sale) and the fact that he speaks English 🙄 than he is on doing a good job. 3 stars for coming at short notice 1 star knocked off for how poor his customer care was and 1 star off for the home still being dirty.
