I hired Kelvin through Thumbtack. He responded immediately and we made an appointment. I thought I had a bad outlet in my laundry that was causing my washer to malfunction. It took him just minutes to show me the outlet was good. Then he took a quick look at the 15 year old washer and told me the control board was shot. Advised me that fixing a machine that old was not worth the money. I would not hesitate to hire Kelvin again for any electrical problems! And I would recommend him to anyone needing electrical work!

I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response by Kelvin. He came in an hour and took care of business speedily. He explained what was wrong with the ceiling fan in plain and simple language that I could easily understand..and now to the next step which is as simple as replacing the fan. He could have said it was the wiring and charged me a ton of money. His honesty was truly impressive. No question as to if I’ll call him for any electric problem and I recommend anyone to do the same.

Kelvin was very, very polite and very responsive in his communications. He installed a hardwired chargepoint charger and a floodlight camera and cleaned up the installation area in 3 hours. He even was willing to answer and take a look at unrelated electrical issue we have in the house. I highly recommend Kelvin (Sand and Sun Electrical) for his professionalism and quality of work!
