- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an event minimum of $250 regardless of performance length. Event time in excess Anything on top of that time will be my normal rate of $175/hr. Any time I will need to be present for the event but not performing (e.g. time between the wedding ceremony and reception) will also be billed at $175/hr. If significant travel time is required, there will be a negotiated travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will coordinate with the client regarding date and time, vibe, set list and any other requests they might have. I will also discuss sound equipment needs, travel and other logistics that will help the event go smoothly.
