- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every case is different , so there is no flat fees or fixed prices. We will give an estimate after taking look at the device, appliance or other electronics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all we get very excited about providing a quality service for you-our new customer. We make sure we are on time , it is very important. Through the process of repair, installation etc we give a useful information about maintaining and taking care of device, machine whatever it is, so you won't have any problems many years to come. We gladly answer to all your questions you might have for us. After we done , there won't be any mess. You will be happy and we will gain a loyal customer .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bachelor degree in Computer Science. Years in training for appliances repair. Can fix almost anything.
