James came in a very short time and reinstalled the jets in about 10 minutes and even checked out my pool jets and told me I would need some new ones and then check out the chemical's levels in the pool and added some shock without even me asking him and told me what other chemicals I needed to add, I would recommend Sam, check him out great service Thank you James

James was awesome. Came out same day and got the pool running, ran into an issue later that night. Showed up at 9pm to take a look at it, identified the issue and will be back tomorrow at 11 to fix it. Takes the time to tell you exactly what's going on and how to handle your pool. Can't recommend him enough.

James messaged me right away. He asked for some additional pictures and then called me. We discussed the state of the pool and what would be needed. He set up a time to come and look at the pool in person, and he then gave me an estimate, explained exactly what he would need to do, and talked over any extras that may come up and what the charges would be. Being an expensive job and money being a little tight, he even offered a workaround so we could get it done right away. We set the start time, and he got the pump set up and then was back early this morning to clean out and scrub the pool. He was thorough but quick and had the refilling by mid-morning. The pool looks great! We have even decided to have him continue on as our monthly pool service. Thanks, James. We appreciate you!
