I am so thankful to James with Got Pool Services. James was very professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. He provided me with a qoate for cleaning my pool which included draining, acid wash and he also changed the sand in the filter. He explained all that he was doing and kept the cost very reasonable. I have struggled with trying to maintain my pool and all the work he did was something I could have never done on my own. I would recommend Got Pool Services to anyone needing their pool serviced. James was very efficient and had the job done in less time than i expected.

I can't say enough good things about James and his company, Got Pool. I was in a real bind after my previous pool guy left my pool completely unattended for months—right when I needed to get my house ready for listing. Desperate for help, I found James on Thumbtack, and I am beyond grateful that I did. Not only did he respond immediately, but he also dropped everything he was doing to come assess the situation the same day. In less than 24 hours, he drained my pool, gave it a much-needed acid wash, and refilled it—completely transforming it. I was blown away by how quickly and efficiently he worked. What really stood out, though, was his honesty and fairness. He could have easily taken advantage of my urgent situation, but instead, he gave me an incredibly reasonable price for the work he did. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated. James is now my permanent pool guy, and I will absolutely be recommending him to whoever buys my house. James came in a very short time and reinstalled the jets in about 10 minutes and even checked out my pool jets and told me I would need some new ones and then check out the chemical's levels in the pool and added some shock without even me asking him and told me what other chemicals I needed to add, I would recommend Sam, check him out great service Thank you James
