My training approach has been honed over 13 years of professional experience. Instead of simply putting clients through workouts, the goal is to understand who I am working with, what clients wish to achieve in regards to their goals, and what may have occurred in their life that made them decide to begin their journey. This approach has been successful in that clients are able achieve their goals with a R.E.A.L. approach; producing life changes which incorporates a lifestyle of fitness.
When working with clients, a point is made to adapt fitness as a lifestyle while jointly focusing on clients’ life goals. By making realistic changes to a person’s diet and exercise routine, one is able to create new and positive habits. Also, by constantly setting regular goals and objectives for the client to meet progress is always made and motivation never lacks.
Training sessions are specifically designed for each individual client. I do my best to make sessions interesting, creative and varied.

For far too many, fitness is looked at as a way to achieve a goal and not the goal itself. This is shortsighted and often results in the client not sustaining results. My opinion is this:
“Results should not be based on or defined by what a scale says or how much weight can be lifted. It should based on ones desire to better themselves mentally as well as physically. Fitness is a way of life and once incorporated into ones lifestyle, the overall well being of that person elevates.”
