- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straight forward and I calculate travel costs by the address of the customer. Please provide type if document and address i. your details to save time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want the customer to well prepared for the signing so I make sure they know if they need a witness for the signing, explain what the cost will be, and set a time for the appointment. Afterwards I provide client with a receipt and business card should they have any questions post signing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the National Notary Association and constantly stay up to date on Arizona state laws and requirements for document notations. I also take other notary certification classes.
