- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we are very honest, experienced, we will go the extra mile for our customers. we are a veteran owned and operated company not all workers are veterans but all workers are uniformed and very courteous to our customers. If the customer needs help with anything we are there to take care of their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk with a customer on the phone figure out date time type of the work addresses Etc. Then the day before the job we will call customer to confirm between 3 and 7 p.m. The day the workers show up to the job they will introduce themselves to the customer. Then we have the customer to do a walk-through of the house so they can see what needs to be done. After the contract is signed the workers will gather their tools and start working non-stop until they are done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training, plus 16 plus years of experience. We have a very experienced crew, that knows how to move most anything. We train the crew on proper lifting, manners, and how to load properly. We have weekly meetings on how we can better at our jobs.
