Our previous agreement to return was a goodwill gesture, not an admission of incomplete work. Regarding your concerns about the service details, our cleaners always confirm the scope of work upon arrival to ensure alignment with your expectations. We also want to address an important factor that was not mentioned at the time of booking: upon arrival, our team discovered there was no running water in the home. Despite the lack of water service, we did everything we could to accommodate the situation and accomplish the best results possible using the bottled water and pot of water you provided. During the cleaning, you completed a walk-through with our team, pointing out areas you believed needed additional attention, which they promptly addressed. Afterward, a final walk-through was conducted, during which you approved the work, confirming that everything looked fine. Additionally, it’s important to note that contractors were coming in and out of the house during the cleaning, which may have contributed to the conditions after our team had completed their work. We also want to clarify that we were never angry during your communication. We remained professional and accommodating, even offering a complimentary re-clean to resolve any concerns. You initially agreed to have us return, but before we could follow through, you chose to leave negative reviews.
