We had two rooms that needed to be set-up again after a couple of home improvement projects. With the additional complications of surround sound speakers, receivers, DVR, DVD and TV, I wanted a professional to come in and ensure each room was set-up properly. Robert came in and evaluated our equipment and made some suggestions on how we could improve our set-up(s). We opted to take those suggestions, which meant all set-up could not be completed on the first trip. Rather than leaving one room disconnected, he went ahead and hooked up the existing system so we could watch tv, etc. until the new equipment arrived. When the new equipment arrived, he was very accommodating and extremely reasonable on the fee. Robert went above and beyond for us to ensure we had the best possible set-up in both rooms. He is very responsive and has a great sense of humor! Will definitely use him for future projects and recommend him to others!
