We believe transparency is essential when it comes to pricing. Our pricing is based on the value we provide to our customers and the quality of our services. We do not believe in hidden fees or surcharges. We are always happy to discuss our pricing with our customers and answer any questions they may have. We do offer discounts for certain services or for customers who sign up for long-term contracts or month to month services. We also offer referral discounts to customers who refer new business to us. Our pricing may vary based on the scope and complexity of the project, the materials and equipment required, and the location of the project. We always provide a detailed estimate or proposal before beginning any work so that our customers can make an informed decision. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer involves several steps to ensure that we provide the best possible service and build a strong relationship with the customer. During this initial contact, we will ask the customer about their needs and the scope of their project. Consultation: Once we understand the customer's needs, we schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we discuss the project in more detail, provide information about our services, and answer any questions the customer may have. We may also visit the site to assess the project and provide a more accurate estimate. Proposal: After the consultation, we provide the customer with a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of work, timeline, materials, and pricing. We may also provide references or examples of similar projects we have completed in the past. Contract and Scheduling: If the customer agrees to the proposal, we will sign a contract and schedule the work. The contract will outline the terms and conditions of the project, payment terms, and other important details. Project Execution: Once the contract is signed, we will begin the work as scheduled.
