Jonathan was excellent! He removed the old carpet and padding as well as carpet tack strips and glue. Jonathan was professional, and I am quite pleased with the outcome. I would use this company again.

Jonathan is the most reliable and high-quality professional carpet cleaner I have had the pleasure of hiring. I’ve been a loyal customer of Jonathan’s and he never disappoints! This was my 5th + time using Jonathan’s services and he came to the rescue like ALWAYS!! I recently moved into a new apartment and my puppy has been having a difficult time adjusting. Needless to say we had a couple of pet stains that I tried to clean myself with store-bought pet cleaner. For some reason it bleached the carpet in the areas that I cleaned and Jonathan was able to restore it back new after having the stains only a couple of days. Thank goodness!! I will continue to use him to regularly maintain my carpet and rugs, as well as emergencies overall. He always treats my home, family and pets with respect. He’s professional, transparent with pricing and flexible with his schedule with excellent customer service skills. He always communicates what to expect and provides before and after photos.
