We recently hired Arizona Quality Painting & Roofing to paint the exterior of our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The house looks fantastic, and the painting crew was outstanding—professional, respectful of our property, and they made sure everything was clean and tidy when the job was done. We were so impressed that we had them return the next day for roof maintenance. They thoroughly air-cleaned the entire roof, sealed all vent pipes, repaired exposed nail holes with silicone, and applied the RoofMaxx Clear Shingle Sealer across the whole roof. The attention to detail and quality of work were exceptional. We highly recommend Arizona Quality Painting & Roofing for anyone looking for top-notch painting or roofing services. Their professionalism and craftsmanship are truly unmatched!

Soit came time to get my roof replaced/fix & we knew we were basically going to have to win the lottery to pay for it . I got estimates from about 6 places including AZ Quality Painting & Roof. We went with them for a few reasons, first its a father/son owned small business, 2nd the Son James was very knowledgeable ZERO pressure & answered all my questions & 3rd, payment is due once complete which in my opinion is a VERY big indicator of trust & quality. These guys seem to do business on a handshake, I mean when they tell you somethings going to be done, it's done. The crew started at around 5am on 8/19, worked 12-13 hrs days & I'm writing this review at 1240pm on 8/22 & jobs is complete. James took me up to check it out, showed me progress pics/video(proof of all the work), and still was available if I needed/wanted anything else. From start to finish we didn't have one issue & they made us feel in charge & comfortable the entire process. If I could give 100 stars I would.If you need your roof done it would be stupid not to go with these guys. They charged an EXTREMELY fair price and held up thier end of the deal. One thing ill note is, sometimes you never know what to expect when the crew shows up but thier crew was the most polite, hard working awesome guys out there. I'm extremely happy I went with them plus we were able to help support a small business.Id also like to say that the gentleman who started this business, something like 45+ yrs agao(we will call him Pops) you can tell Pops is old school business(which I LOVE). Pops built this business off of hardworking, trust and not screwing people over. You don't find that nowadays and his son James is filling his shoes to the tee..Great jobs boys we love it and will be referring as many people as we possibly can to you

Weve had to have some repairs done to the roof over the last few years and finally bit the bullet to do the whole roof. AZ quality painting and Roofing was very timely with coming out and scheduling an appointment after hours when I could meet over a weekend which was a good sign.Responsive to all calls, voicemails, emails and text messages. More responsive them me.They did a full roof inspection and gave us options to do additional repairs or replace the whole roof. They did not ask us to replace all the tile like some of the roofing quote we were getting. They werent the most expensive. They also werent the cheapest but I think their pricing was fair.The quality was good from what we can tell but time will tell over the next 10 years since we did get a 10 year warranty with it. Ready for the monsoons now. Fingers crossed.Their crew did a great job. It took then a total of four days to do a multi level home with about 4500 ft. of tile.The business owners are on site first thing in the morning and again at the end of the day to assess the quality of their crew and gave us updates daily. The crew cleaned up nails daily on the property so we would not get tire punctures and they kept the site clean while they worked.So in summary if youre looking for the right roofing company that is ROC in general contracting, in the state of Arizona and can give you a fair price and quality work. You should probably consider these guys as one of your quotes.

I was very pleased with the roof repairs that were done on my home by AZ Quality Painting and Roofing. I received next day service and excellent quality at a fair price. I had some broken roof tiles that caused leaking so the fascia had deteriorated and the paint was peeling. After the work was completed, it looked new again. James did a great job!
