In 2007, Mosaic Property Management was founded in Chandler, Arizona to serve the property management needs of homeowners and investors in the Greater Phoenix area. Since its formation, Mosaic Property Management has professionally managed thousands of homes throughout the valley and helped numerous investors purchase and sell investment properties. We focus on residential property management: single-family, multi-family and apartment complexes. Mosaic Property Management is a first class Property Management company. We dealt with Mike, Sandra, and Denny. They are very quick to return your calls or texts, and were able to find tenants for our rental unit in a minimal amount of time. Within a week, they have surpassed our expectations. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a team who looks out for the owner and the tenants, to contact them for rental management of property, or to help tenants find a home to rent. They are exceptional and we are completely happy with the service they have provided.

We love our home, neighborhood, and property management!We've been renting with Mosaic for a short time but in that time they have been fast and responsive to anything we have needed and they were able to get us taken care of ASAP. Denny with Maintenance always addresses our concerns, is fast to respond, and always makes sure to have a solution.It has been great working with and renting from this company!

Years ago, I rented out my house in LA and learned all about the joys of leasing out my place: pilot lights, trash cans, wall paint color. blah blah blah.Now I lease a place through Mosaic and am struck. WOW, these people know how to treat tenants and owners. On the tenant side, they communicate in a flash and make transactions easy. I've never lived in a place so spotless and well cared for.As an owner, I'd totally trust Mosaic with a property of any type. They've scheduled the required inspections around my calendar and were very thorough in the initial inspection that's what you want from a company managing your asset.So there you go.
