FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40 per 45 minute session 10 sessions for $350 ($35 per session) Very competative and affordable rates!! ***No longterm contracts***
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting I will have you fill out a health history form and go over any injury related issues, limitations or exercise related concerns. Then go over goals and discuss a program and nutrition plan based on goals. Measurements and assessment up to the individuals preference. I teach each client a good warm up prior to each session, cardio, a proper cool down and stretches they should do with suspension straps, foam roller and stabilty ball. I give them instructions and tips via email as well. A lot of my clients really like the 30 minute training session package cause we can keep it moving during the entire 30 minutes and the client can feel confident doing the warmup and cool down routine on their own. Then the workouts depend on the clients goals and starting point. Everyone is different. Typically for a client out of shape I will start them with fullbody circuit training with more cardio than weights. As they progress, I then may split up their muscle groups if they can handle it :)
