Very chill environment. If you’re looking to gain muscle or lose weight Frankie has your back. When I first started my weight lost journey I was so scared to go to a gym but the environment makes it feel like you’re working out with family and it’s not intimidating at all. I lost 14 lbs within my first month going. I been gong now for 3 months and down 30 lbs. He provides meal plans and keeps track of your progress. I definitely would recommend this place to everyone. Also it’s very inexpensive so you’re getting the most out of your money.

Where do I begin! I started out with Frankie’s glute class that he does on Saturday’s. After seeing the incredible results from that, I decided to try his training. I have been seeing him for four days a week for the past two months and the results have been incredible! I can’t say enough about him. His prices are super affordable and the quality of his training is off the charts. You need a personal trainer? He’s your guy and 1st place is your place.

I’ve worked out at many gyms with several different trainers. 1st Place Fitness is the only place I actually saw the results and felt like I got the workout I needed for my body. Frankie is extremeley knowledgeable and knows exactly how to help with any pain or muscle issues. He makes me feel very comfortable and also helps so much with my nutrition. He clearly takes pride in what he does and is very passionate about getting his clients where they want to be. I would have never started working out, or continued if it weren’t for Frankie and 1st Place Fitness, and I’m very happy with how far I’ve come.

Size of the facility and how many trainers share the space? Nobody wants to limit their workouts because of cramped conditions. We have 3500 sq ft for 3 trainers.
