I attended Kathy’s thought provoking “The Meaning of Joy” session recently. The experience made me dig deeper into myself and consider what Joy really meant to ME. It made me step back and realize that Joy could be had in even the most difficult of times. I left feeling grateful and appreciative of my life. Something to grasp and hang onto daily.
