- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an active duty / veteran discount to any client that can substantiate their service. I have competitive pricing in this industry and can offer superior products and services compared to local vendors through years of vetting the best manufacturers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would like to talk with the customer and find out what their project expectations are. From there if the client would like an accurate estimate, I would offer onsite services to take measurements of the area and notate any and all details that are required to perform the job. Upon completing the site consultation, I would send a formal estimate for the job. Invoices would then be sent throughout the process as work is needed and completed until the job is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a cabinet manufacturing company for 3 years, an engineering firm for 7 years, and a construction group for 4 years. With this experience I have gained a wealth of knowledge prior to obtaining my own license and starting my own business.
