We had good and bad experiences with Jeff's Hot tub Sales and Service. The advertised price on ThumbTack for spa cleaning was $75; the actual price was $220. We did not have a dirty spa, we use it every day. We had no repairs done, just a simple cleaning. The phrase I would use is bait and switch. They claim to be transparent regarding fees on their website; our experience shows that they are anything but transparent. On the plus side, they did a pretty good job cleaning our spa. Buyer beware, I guess. We won't be using their services again.

Jeff went above and beyond to help us get our Hot Tub running for a reasonable price as well is giving me a refresher course on the chemical treatments etc. Couldnt be happier
