and professionalism along with a long history of being a handyman make me more than qualified for the task you have at hand! In addition I have earned discounts from vendors that I pass onto my clients. Have a blessed day!
*Note* my rates are hourly. i charge $75 per hour. that does not include travel time to the job. nor does it include travel time of any sort if i come back the following day. if you think your job is not a good choice for hourly consult with me i can give you and average of what it takes to complete the job. every house/ client is different. i can get your materials for you as well. this works great so we both know the right stuff is purchased. i know the hassle of returns can be.
**note** you will see i have excellent reviews, except for 2 in question. One instance the client blatently lied in his review. however i did dent the appliance. i was not aware his hand cart had a flat tire and he just pushed the load back not paying attention. please see the response to his review for further details. the other review the gentle man had me install a used ceiling fan to which a blade was bent. i could not fix an unbalance issue. i was diligent and never charged him one minute of the second and third time i returned to try and remedy. i pride myself in exceptional work and fair pricing! and i hope it is what lures you to posting a positive review as well.
At the end of the day when it is said and done our word is all we have of value! with that said my dad and my grandfather taught me you can seal a deal with a firm hand shake and square look in the eye! and that means the world to me!
