- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon reaching out to Kote Tek, new customers will receive an estimate or may be invited for an in-person viewing of their floors/concrete, depending on their specific needs. This allows us to assess the condition and take measurements accurately. Within 24 hours of the meeting with the Kote Tek team, the client will receive a comprehensive proposal.
