- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation: We like to start by having a conversation with the new customer to understand their needs, goals, and expectations. This helps our team tailor our approach and services to meet their specific requirements. Proposal and agreement: Based on our initial discussion, our team will put together a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost. Once the customer agrees to move forward, we will formalize the agreement and outline the terms and conditions. Onboarding: We will work closely with each homeowner to gather any necessary information, access to systems or platforms, and establish communication channels. This ensures a smooth transition and sets the foundation for a successful working relationship. Execution: We will start working on the agreed-upon tasks or projects, keeping the customer informed of progress and any updates along the way. We always welcome feedback and collaboration to ensure that we are aligned on the desired outcomes. Review and feedback: Once the work is completed, our team will review the results with the customer and seek feedback on their experience. This helps our team understand what worked well and areas for improvement, ensuring that future projects are even more successful. Follow-up and ongoing support: We believe in building long-term relationships with my customers, so our team always follows up to ensure that they are satisfied with the work and offer ongoing support as needed. We have a comprehensive background in roofing, starting with a degrees in Construction & Business Management, which provided us with a solid foundation in building practices and project management. Additionally, our teams have completed multiple training courses with a reputable vendors, where we gained hands-on experience in installing and repairing various types of roofing systems with their materials. We are OSHA certified, ensuring we adhere to the highest safety standards. Over the years, we have worked on numerous residential and commercial roofing projects, which have honed our company and team's skills in both technical aspects and customer service. We also continue to stay updated with the latest industry trends through regular workshops and online courses.
