It depends on the issue needed to be resolved with a base price of $50. However, willing to work with budget constraints. Just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The way I work is by gathering as much information about the issue as possible and either resolving it over the messenger or coming to you in person. We work as a quick response IT repair company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been building and repairing computers for the last 8 years, worked in cybersecurity for 3 years, and have a Bachelor's in Science in Information Technology.
