- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am small business that offers excellent customer service and relation. With this I am reasonably priced. Most calls are no service call and I have no problem packaging deals for people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client will reach out to me and we will discuss the project and what exactly they want done. I m I’ll of options, there are so many different routes we can take to upgrade and approach your plumbing from customer supplied to me supplying. You shouldn’t have a set limit on what you want done, you tell me what you are comfortable with and we ll make it happen. From here we will set up a time frame and discuss work or approve quote given. Prior to coming to your home you receive a alert. Invoicing states your payment , warranty , and pictures as well as approval for job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications in all areas of plumbing besides solar and high rise. I attended courses at adult EVITT and was sent to get certifications from multiple aspects of plumbing by past companies. Later I furthered my education into code study.
