Based upon him being professional and clear in explaining the overall options of why each repair option is something to consider, I did recommend we move forward with the repairs. This will make the overall system from working harder than more efficient and keeping the overall system and ducts clean. The amazing thing is that they are coming out tomorrow and the next day finishing all repairs. Im so impressed. Thank you so very much for explaining everything and providing the options to move forward.
