When it comes to our pricing, there are no hidden fees. We offer transparent rates so you always know exactly what you're paying for and why.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we determine we're a good fit, I'll send over a flexible contract that can be canceled at any time—no long-term commitments. We’ll kick off the onboarding process by getting you added to all our systems and processes. I’ll just need your help answering a few questions to get everything set up smoothly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband and I got started by purchasing our first two vacation rentals in 2022, followed by another in 2023. Through this experience, we’ve learned exactly what it takes to achieve and maintain Superhost status while keeping our guests happy and our properties profitable. We genuinely love this work!
