I am a professional and dependable cleaner with years of experience who puts a lot of love into turning your property into a beautiful and tranquil space so you and/or your guests enjoy an immaculate home. For larger properties, you will have a two-person team to attend to your property. I provide weekly, bi-weekly, monthly cleanings, move-out cleans, deep cleans, and short-term/long-term property cleanings. I am skilled in staging spaces, making sure linens are crisp and clean, and appliances are free from food, fingerprints, etc. I make sure under the beds are cleaned so you don't have to worry about trash or dust bunnies living under there. I sanitize anything someone would touch, and I use appropriate cleaners/polishers (primarily eco-friendly and 99% plant derived) for the surface being addressed. I take extra care when showing up to your property to make sure there isn't damage. I send photos of any issues prior to cleaning as well as compile a final walk-through photo album for your reference. I go the extra mile by communicating if additional items need to be purchased when stock is running low, such as dish soap, sponges, coffee, etc. Oftentimes, the client's primary residence isn't in the same town as their vacation property; I make sure you feel confident and comfortable with my services. You can also add additional services, which I will ensure your outside space is gorgeous. Raking pine needles, sweeping, and cleaning outdoor fixtures along with cleaning the inside of BBQ grills and fireplaces.
