My name is Kyle Wilcox. I am a University of Arizona graduate and have over 20 years experience as an Arizona Licensed contractor. I have a solid reputation for providing exceptional customer service and a superior home inspection experience. I posses the skills, education, and experience to provide Arizona homeowners with the peace of mind they deserve when purchasing or selling a home.
You will be provided with a comprehensive report of the home's condition and the materials and systems used to construct the home. In addition I explain the operation and maintenance requirements for all the systems in the home including furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, pools, spas and much more. I am a certified professional home inspector licensed by the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration # 60004.

Kyle did a pre purchase home inspection for me and was prompt, thorough and professional. I had a complete report emailed to me within hours of thw completion of his inspection. Also did a follow up call to see if I had any questions. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a home inspection.

Kyle was extremely helpful. Not only did he work with my very tight schedule and short notice I requested he also was very thorough. He spent 3+ hours with my husband, myself, and our realtor going over every inch he could of the house. We had a lot of questions as this is our first home purchase and he never made us feel rushed and answered everything to our satisfaction.
He was even able to inspect our pool (he is licensed to do so) and gave us some great info on how it all worked.
We received a 53 page report with the issues easily highlighted and picture documentation of everything found to be questionable.
I hope I don't need to buy another home after this one anytime soon or sell the one I am purchasing currently but if I find myself doing so Kyle will be my first choice of home inspector. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who is in need of someone to inspect their home whether for buying or selling.

Mr. Wilcox showed up on time and made an exceptional effort to check every inch of the home we were buying. His inspection report was detailed and honest, showing his appreciation for quality and dedication.
