I am a multi-certified and licensed (residential & commercial) pool repair technician with 17 years of experience in the industry. I provide a full suite of repair solutions ranging from green-to-clean, acid wash, pump & filter repairs and replacement, cleaning systems & equipment, plumbing & electrical systems, plumbing leaks, automation troubleshooting, repairs & upgrades, heating and everything in between. Very Reliable, always available to answer my questions or concerns. Makes sure our pool is at its best always. We have had other pool services and often we wondered if they would even come service our pool as they claimed since there is never any sign of the pool being serviced. With Cyan pool i always know when they are at our home because of different things being moved and whatnot. We also get a report of what was done after every visit along with a picture of our pool. Which i personally like. I don't have many friends with pools, otherwise, I would recommend them to anyone. Absolutely love their services.

Needed a pool pump ASAP. Not only did Dave say he could replace today his prices were so much cheaper than the 4 other quotes I had received! I watched him on and off and just got to know him he is a super nice guy who has alot of pride in his work! I would definitely use him again if needed!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free 30-minute evaluations. Any agreed-upon work will be billed at $125 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum. All materials will be billed accordingly. Additional time will be billed in 30-minute increments. I require a 50% deposit before starting any work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I insist on viewing the pool & equipment in question before I will give a firm quote. I will make every reasonable effort to set a meeting time that is convenient.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for 17 years. I am licensed to work on residental and commercial pools & equipment. I currently hold CPO (Certified Pool Operator), CST (Certified Service Technician) and PCTI Pool Chemistry certifications.
