Hector Blanco and his team did a great job with my project. They were on time and worked very hard to get my project completed over a week ahead of schedule. I had two large block walls installed to replace wooden fencing and Hector and his team did a great job. I have dogs that have to go outside periodically and they were so good about taking a few minutes to wait out front while my dogs used the backyard. The construction mess was entirely cleaned up after the work! Hector even fixed a few boards on my neighbors fences that he saw were loose and causing them to fall over. I will work with Hector again. He had a very fair quote and met all of my expectations.

Hector, with Blanco Home Improvements did a far greater job on my project than I expected. I had a block and iron-work wall around my front yard were the stuco & paint had crumbled off and the block had significant damage. It looked terrible. All I asked for was to scrape the old stuff off and repaint. The cost looked good so I accepted. Unexpectedly, he also: - Repaired the damaged wall - Applied a concrete underlayment - new textured stucco - 2 coats of paint - AND repainted my block mailbox fixture. Took 3 days, on time and a nice cleanup after. I highly recommend you let Hector bid your project. I'll be having him back for sure. -Ed -
