Introduction
I have 43 years experience. I started in plumbing in 1983 and by 2000 I had a general contractor's license as well as a sub plumbing license HVAC and electrical. I've done service and repair through my entire career. I've also done room additions house remodels new homes and extensive commercial work. Most recently I've built a few restaurants and a few bars. I don't believe in cutting corners. I do work the right way at the right price no exceptions.

Hello: In the last 20 years Greg Shultz of GKS Services has done many projects for me on multiple properties. On one of my properties Greg did a complete renovation of the bathrooms. This involved demo, framing, plumbing, drywall, tile and paint. This property has three buildings with five units. Greg replaced the sewer completely on one of the buildings. He also renovated this 1929 unit modernizing it with an upgraded kitchen, running all new electrical system and many other repairs. Greg worked on many projects on my house including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, irrigation, and fencing. So many different projects. Greg Shultz has been a great help to me getting all these projects done throughout the years. He is reasonably priced and takes great pride in his work. I look forward to the next project to see what we can do.
