FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*I need 24 hours notice to schedule/cancel a lesson/event and in the event that you need to cancel but can't give 24 hours, I still charge for the full price.*
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's get started: send me a message including your desires for your special event or what your goals are if you are seeking me out as a music teacher. If you prefer to speak to me over the phone, we can arrange that as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied as a vocalist and instrumentalist (piano and mallet percussion) in New York for 10 years and I'm currently working on a Bachelor's in Professional Music from Berklee College of Music's online program, based out of Boston. Much to my delight, I have been actively performing for 6 years and have received stellar reviews from high level adjudication and music lovers of all kinds, recently taking home the 1st Place prize in the 2018 Prescott's Got Talent competition as a jazz vocalist. As a teacher, I have been giving lessons for 8 years in voice, mallet percussion and beginner's piano. My students have ranged from age 6 to 48 and I service both the neurotypical and non-neurotypical communities with 1 year experience working at Cupertino Power Learning Academy for students with autism and other learning disabilities. In addition to private lessons, I have directed the choir at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Clarkdale, Arizona, singing the works of Handel, Rutter and many other great composers.
