- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is up front and there are no hidden fees. The only extra fee would be if the customer is out of area and that is discussed prior to any work performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gathering information of the customers needs, guiding them to the best solution based on my knowledge and experience, and then setting expectations for the rest of the process. I love making it as seamless a process for the customer from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in custom Home Theater, technology services, and sales so I can handle anything to do with mounting TVs as well as anything associated with Home Theater making it a seamless customer experience.
