I don’t often write reviews but All Steam did an AMAZING job cleaning the tile and grout in my house. All the grout was scrubbed before the tile was cleaned. I will be having them back to clean my area rugs. Will absolutely use again.

Ishmael and his crew did an amazing job with restoring my floor! He took the time to work his magic to hide a few cracked tiles and the holes in the grout. He also took the time to explain how I can clean and maintain the floor. And a special "thank you" for sanitizer! I'll see you again when it's time for a steam clean!

Showed up on time, and was extremely accommodating. We put off having our grout and tiles cleaned for a couple of years. We messed up by not hiring earlier. 10/10 - if you go with someone else; then you messed up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different depending on the severity of soil or damage. The basic price for steam is $10 per room for carpet for up to 200 sq ft of carpet, Ceramic tile has a basic cleaning price of 20 cents per sq ft. As for soiled areas of carpet or tile and grout the preconditioning price is 20 cents per sq ft. The best way to determine the exact quote is to see the job and inspect what is involved. WE give exact pricing upon showing up prior to cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen and listen to my new customers. Assumption is the source of many mistakes. I respect their needs no matter how small the work is. I give my new customers 10 % discount all the time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified specialist in carpet and tile cleaning plus pet odor removal as well as flood damage and restoration. I have over 23 years experience in this line of work and customer service.
