Working with Olivia and Elite Accounting Experts has been one of the best financial decisions I've ever made! Every year, like most folks, I'd feel anxious around tax season. Working with franchise tax agencies for many years has often left us with more questions than answers. Elite Accounting Experts, however, provided a personal touch that made the process of filing much more meaningful. That peace of mind cannot be overstated. I operate an LLC and have a number of supplemental forms of income in addition to my full-time work, which have led to convoluted filings, misinformation, and tax penalties that have, historically, made this time of year uniquely stressful. That all changed when we found Olivia and Elite Accounting Experts. She really took the time to get to know me, my family, to understand the nature of my work and elucidate the ways in which I can more accurately calculate my business costs and maximize my refund. Olivia is as personable as she is accessible. Even the three-hour time difference didn't disrupt her responsiveness and attention to detail. Although this time of year is busy for her, she always made us feel as though, we were her first priority.
