FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing starts at $120 per month plus chemicals for weekly service. However, our goal is preventative maintenance with a pool, to keep chemical costs in a normal range of $10-$35 per month. Having clean filters, properly working equipment, having adequate filtration time, and of course a perfect chemical balance often prevents the need for additional chemical charges. The monthly service price includes brushing, skimming, emptying baskets, and making sure pump pressure is right where it needs to be. The service techs will identify and replace any broken components that are $75 or less to prevent more expensive repairs from popping up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep the process as simple as possible. If they want to meet prior to weekly service, we set a time up convenient to them. If they don't have time or have no need, we simply start service asap. We collect their information for contact and billing and that's it! Switching services or getting a service shouldn't be a task. We send texts when en route (if requested) and weekly emails after each completion. We even have a customer portal for billing that makes even autopay a breeze!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always staying in touch with the latest improvements in pool technology to give customers options. We also do a lot of research to present the customer with the best option for their current setups, etc. We are also a certified installer for energy efficient Variable Speed Pumps, and have a great way of explaining how they can save you hundreds. Also, all of our technicians are trained directly from the owner or a high-level service tech. This way the service you receive should be that if the owner himself was servicing or repairing your pool.
