- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge a $49 assessment that is waived if we end up doing work with you! This allows us to come meet with you, assess and diagnose the issues you are experiencing so we can give you a fair and accurate estimate. Every job, no matter how small is unique!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you choose to have Elite Sprinklers come out to your property, we will meet with you, gather information about what your experiencing, and then we get busy troubleshooting. Diagnosing problems in sprinkler and drip systems is very important in providing you with the best plan of action. Once we know what's going on, you will receive an estimate for any needed repairs and if we get a thumbs up from you, we will get started on the job! We stay in constant communication with you, show you our work, and keep you involved in the process from beginning to end. We are committed to providing you an exceptional service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cody has almost 20 years experience in working with irrigation systems. First, working as a tech/ apprentice for some top companies where he gained priceless hands on learning opportunities. Then, branching out for himself. His eye for detail, solution thinking mind, and the drive to make things right for you, the client, makes him a true top pro.
