- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Elevation is with the Home Performance with Energy Star program that offers rebates for customer's that are in SRP and APS service areas. We will beat any quote offering the same service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up install date and be prepared to be wowed. Our installs take about 3 to 4 hours to do. Typical improvements will be around 8 to 15 percent of the electric bill. After the work is completed we will provide an audit report with before and after pictures showing savings the customer can expect from the materials and work we did.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 2 employee's that are BPI and NADCA certified. We are also the 2019 and 2020 Home Performance with Energy Star Contractor of the year.
