I had two color photos of my dad from 1965. I had created a shadow box and despite UV protectant acrylic, the color faded. As these were my only color pictures they really meant alot to me. Janess worked very hard to restore color and sharpness to my photos and arranged for them to be mailed to me. She was very easy to work with and spent alot of time adjusting the coloring. I highly recommend working with her!

She did a beautiful job on cleaning up a very old photo (40 yrs) and even sorted out 8 of the people of over 25 into a separate photo. So very thankful - and she was a joy to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Photo Consulting (sorting/organizing/preserving/backing up) - $20 per hour Photo Restoration/Editing: $20 per photo for first hour (most photos can be edited and/or restored within an hour) Price includes a reprinted photo!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to touch base via phone or email to find out more about the project. We can then either meet in person so I can scan the photo(s), or if the photo is already scanned, we can work solely via email!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience in scrapbooking, photo organization and photo editing! I use FOREVER software called Historian to organize, and edit my photos and use FOREVER permanent online photo storage to save my photos for my lifetime plus 100 years!
