- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I list my starting prices and from there I drop down depending on sessions per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is individual therefore every process is individual. I like to work through a workout at their level to see where the starting point is as well as keeping them interested and excited to come back!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal trainer through NAFC. I am always going through more education furthering my knowledge.
