- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*I have a 4 hour minimum per job per day Cancellations: Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than [48 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged a 2 hour minimum fee of $110. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us or messaging.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don’t really have a process. I come into your home and I just start organizing and I keep going until I am done and I make sure my client is happy with everything before I leave and I walk them through and how I organized and why I organized it that way so that it will be easy for them to stay organized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been an organizer and I have been doing it for the past 15 years professionally. It comes naturally to me.
